When adding WiFi / IP devices such as Foscam or Sonos, make sure you've connected them to the same local network as your Cozify hub - most often this is done by connecting your hub to your home's WiFi Router via Ethernet cable.

Note: If you are adding an already previously paired device, reset the device first according to the device's manual's instructions.

In general, activate the new device's pairing mode according to the device's manual, and then proceed adding/pairing the device to your Cozify hub as follows:

Z-Wave devices

To add new Z-Wave devices to Cozify hub, first turn on the device's pairing mode on according to the device's own manual instructions. Then follow these steps in Cozify: 

1.
Go to Devices view
2.
Press (+) icon in the header 
3.
 Press "(+) Add Device Manually" 
4.
Press "Add Z-Wave devices" 
5.
Follow on screen instructions. 

ZigBee devices

To add new ZigBee devices to Cozify hub, follow these steps in Cozify:

1.
Go to Devices view
2.
Press (+) icon in the header 
3.
Turn device's pairing mode on (please see device's manual for more information) 
4.
Wait for the new device to appear automatically in the "Devices found" list (within 10-15 seconds) and press (+) to add the device
 - If the device doesn't appear in the list, re-activate the pairing mode for the device and try again, or try adding the device manually (step 5).
5.
If the device can't be found automatically, press "(+) Add Device Manually" and follow on screen instructions.

Ikea Trådfri bulbs

To add new Ikea Trådfri bulbs to Cozify hub, go to the Devices view and press the (+) icon in the top right corner.

Put the bulb into "pairing mode" as follows:

1.
Turn the light on.
2.
Quickly turn the light off and on six times in a row, about once per second, and leave it on after the last switch.
3.
Wait for the light to flash, indicating a successful reset.
4.
If the light does not flash after a moment, try turning it off and on faster or slower.
5.
Turn the light off once more and wait a few seconds.
6.
Turn the light back on and wait 10-15 seconds until “Ikea of Sweden” appears in the list of discovered devices, then press (+) to add the device.
7.
If the light does not appear, turn it off once more, wait a moment, and turn it back on.
8.
If the light is still not found after multiple attempts, try again in an hour.

433 MHz devices

(Proove, Nexa)
1.
Go to Devices view
2.
Press (+) icon in the header 
3.
Press "(+) Add Device Manually" and follow on screen instructions
